Pauline is catching issues now, but has to check all of their student accounts at the beginning and end of each term, and things still seem to come up (registration, course creation, etc.). More/earlier communication with students and faculty might help this?
Student concerns, supervisor/student conflict, delays in progression seem to take up a lot of the Coordinator’s time throughout every term.

Awards specific Committee support?
May 25th: Progress report completed by student and supervisor, and due to Pauline (electronically).
Pauline compiles, checks, nags everyone to meet the deadline.
First week of June: HES Graduate Committee meets to review and verify all Progress Reports marked as making Satisfactory Progress, allocate UGF and sign. Ali takes care of any marked Unsatisfactory Progress.
June 15th: Ali/Pauline submit all Progress Reports to COGS.
Pauline checks program progression at the beginning and end of each term, to confirm students are on track to meet all requirements, thesis and graduation deadlines and emails student/supervisor/Coordinator with potential problems.
When all program requirements are met, Pauline sends completion email to COGS. COGS closes program and notifies student.
Pauline emails student regarding any fee changes due to completion (ex. Reimbursement).
