Bachelor of HEALTH AND EXERCISE SCIENCES

The Bachelor of Health and Exercise Sciences will provide you with a comprehensive understanding of human movement and its impact on health. You’ll examine the interdisciplinary nature of human health and learn valuable practical skills to work with individuals across the lifespan.

The Bachelor of Health and Exercise Sciences (BHES) is a 120-credit degree program, with the option to complete one of three concentrations: Kinesiology & Allied Health, Health Behaviour Change or Clinical Exercise Physiology. Each concentration offers a strategic career focus to best prepare graduates to be leaders in their field. You will be able to apply for a concentration at the end of your second year.

Graduates will find work within local, national, and international health and government organizations, pursue graduate studies, or enter health professions.
