We host several information sessions about the Bachelor of Health and Exercise Sciences program throughout the year. Our information sessions are held jointly online and in-person.

Hear about our options of specializing in Kinesiology, Health Behaviour Change or Clinical Exercise Physiology, along with typical career trajectories following completion of this degree.

This session will offer guidance in the admissions timeline, along with the general structure and various opportunities available to you through the course of our 4-year program. We will also be happy to answer any questions you may have.

Each online session will have the details for the event and a link to the online session. All sessions start times are indicated in Pacific Time. We ask that you join us 5 minutes before the start of our session to ensure you are able to access the session.  Please turn off your video and mute your personal audio for the session.  There is an online chat feature available so you may ask questions during the session.
